How to reset passwords in PLAYipp

This article explains how to manage passwords in the system.

Forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps;

  1. In the sign in field, write your email and press next.
  2. Press forgot password?

Change your current password

If you would like to change current password, follow these steps;

  1. Press user (top right corner looks like a profile icon), then press Personal settings.
  2. Press Security.
  3. Press Update in the Update password menu.

Change password as an administrator for a user

  1. Go to Administration.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Press the context button to the right of the user(looks like three dots)
  4. Press Reset password.

Or

  1. Go to Administration.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Press the user in the user list.
  4. Press the Reset password button(top right corner)
