The image on the screen is rotated

In PLAYipp, you can rotate the image on your screen 180° directly via the software, without needing to physically remount the screen. The setting is configured per screen under the screen's settings.

 

Note: Samsung screens with PLAYipp's app built in do not support software rotation. For these screens, you will need to mount the screen in the correct orientation physically.

Rotate a screen 180°

  1. Go to Signage in the navigation menu.
  2. Click on Screens.
  3. Select your screen in the tree or list view.
  4. Go to the Settings tab for the selected screen.
  5. Click Edit next to the Rotate screen 180° heading.
  6. Enable or disable the rotation using the menu that appears.

The screen will rotate within a few minutes after the setting has been saved.
