When the number of licenses in a subscription decreases during its renewal, You need to select which screens should be disabled.
Admins and license admins will receive the message in a notification that you can find in the notification center.
When you click 'select licenses' you will be taken to a separate view where you can choose which screens to disable.
Select them by checking the box to the left of the screen name and then click save. You will then receive a confirmation that your changes have been saved.
