The migration process
- Report interest to cs@playipp.com.
- We will contact you after assessing whether your account is ready for migration. If we're unable to migrate your account at the moment, you will be placed on a waiting list.
- Your new account in PLAYipp will be set up and we will assist in transfering your hardware, content, and users from the Databeat to the PLAYipp. This is done at a time we agree on.
- You are ready to start using PLAYipp! We strongly recommend that you sign up for our webinars and check out these articles to get the most out of the platform.
