New design for the integrations page

We have updated the integrations page in PLAYipp. The Integrations menu item is now split in two, so you can get to the integrations you have already added more quickly. The whole page has also been redesigned to make adding and working with integrations clearer and easier.

The menu is split in two

When you open Integrations in the main menu, you see two options:

• Apps, explore the app library and add new integrations.
• Manage integrations, go straight to the integrations already in your account.

Find new integrations in Apps

Under Apps you will find the App library with the apps you can connect to PLAYipp.

• Search for an app in the search field, or filter by category with Category.
• Apps are grouped by category, for example Business intelligence and Calendar events.
• Each app is shown as a card with a short description. Click Learn more to read more about the app.
• At the top of the page you can see how many integrations are connected. The Manage integrations button takes you straight to your integrations.

How to add and set up each integration is described in the guides under Integrations and functions.

Manage your integrations

Under Manage integrations you see all integrations added to your account, gathered in one list.

• Each integration shows its name, which app it uses and its status, for example Active.
• Search for an integration by name or app in the search field, or use Filter.
• At the top of the list you can see how many integrations are active.
• Click an integration to open it.

Overview for each integration

When you open an integration, you land on its Overview. The information shown depends on the type of integration.

At the top you see the integration's status, number of sources, how often it updates and who created it. Below that you can, among other things:

• see which account the integration is connected to (Connected account) and connect it again with Reconnect
• change the integration's name (Name) with Edit
• choose whether the integration is private or shared (Visibility) with Edit, read more in What is a private integration?
• remove the integration with Delete integration

The panel on the left contains:

• Added sources, the sources added to the integration. Add a new source with +, or open the menu (⋮) next to a source for more options.
• Support tools with Errors and warnings, where you can see errors and warnings for the integration.

Good to know

• Your existing integrations are still there and are listed under Manage integrations.
• Permissions are the same as before.
• Some guides in the help center still show the previous layout. We are updating them continuously. You can find all guides under Integrations and functions.
