Create a brand identity in PLAYipp
The first step for you as the first to log in to a new account in PLAYipp is to create a brand identity. By doing this, you can ensure that your screens follow the company's brand identity in terms of colors and fonts. To get started with this, you just need to follow the steps in this guide.

Do you want to invite your colleagues? In Databeat, you previously could work with different roles. In PLAYipp, you have the freedom to specify what permissions a user should have. If many of your colleagues should have the same permissions, we highly recommend that you create a user group! Read about our user rights here.

In PLAYipp, we refer to the publishing of text and image together as Quicknotes. The advantage of using Quicknotes is that you can ensure that your message looks the same on each screen, regardless of who publishes it.
