In order to support as many screens as possible, as soon as possible, PLAYipp sometimes offers new screen models in a beta stage, before being available for general release. A screen released in beta means it hasn't gone through the full quality assurance procedure and may contain small and large bugs.
A screen in the beta stage may contain bugs of varying severity and there is a risk of software failing in a way where the device needs to be factory reset and apps reinstalled, or where normal functionality is impeded.
If issues arise it must be clearly stated that the device runs a Beta release In all communication with PLAYipp and normal SLA levels will not apply. We will do our best to accommodate issues swiftly, but we have to focus on hardware in active support.
