You can access the screen settings by clicking on a screen in the screen list. Here you can configure and manage your screen. Here's a guide to all available features.
Basic Information
Screen name
Give your screen a descriptive name that makes it easy to identify, such as "Entrance", "Conference Room 1", or "Reception". This name appears in the overview and makes it easier to manage multiple screens.
Location
Select which location the screen is connected to. You create locations from the screen menu in PLAYipp.
Click "Edit" to connect the screen to another existing location.
Layout
Select which layout should be displayed on the screen. The layout determines how content is organized and presented.
Subscription
Select which subscription the screen should be connected to. The number shows which subscription is active and how many are available (e.g., 2/5).
Address
Displays the address for the screen. This information is automatically retrieved from the screen location you have selected under Location.
Notes
A field where you can add your own notes about the screen, such as contact information, special instructions, or technical details.
Screen active
Activate or deactivate the screen. Note: When you deactivate a screen, it will disconnect from the subscription and display a message that it is not connected to any subscription.
Rotate screen 180°
If you have accidentally mounted the screen upside down, you can activate this function to flip the content right side up. This is easier than physically dismounting and remounting the screen.
Note: This function is only supported by certain screen models.
Use external storage
Enables the use of a USB memory device to extend the storage capacity on the screen. This allows the screen to store more content locally. Content still needs to be uploaded through PLAYipp as usual.
Note: This function is not supported by all devices. If "Unsupported" is displayed, your device lacks support for external storage.
Time zone
Activate this if you need to change the time zone for the screen. Central European Time is used by default. This affects how scheduled events and time-based content are displayed.
Note: This function is only supported by certain screen models. If it's not possible to change the time zone here, you must adjust the setting directly on the screen using the remote control.
Override global settings
Allows you to customize restart schedule and energy saving mode specifically for this screen, instead of using the global settings that apply to all screens.

This section displays technical information and status for your screen. The information shown here is the latest data that was sent to the server from the screen. If the screen hasn't synced in a while, the information may be outdated. Check "Latest contact with server" to see when the screen last communicated with the server.

- High memory usage (over 80%) can affect performance
- Keep in mind that certain functions such as screen rotation and time zone changes are only supported by certain screen models
